♣ 600 g of Lancashire cheese, crumbled or grated
♣ 1 tbsp of lemon juice

Instructions
Fondue “Lancashire”
Rub the inside of a fondue pan with garlic. Pour the wine and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and add the cheese. Stir until the entire cheese melts. Mix the cornflour with the kirsch and lemon juice and pour into the cheese. Stir until the mixture thickens & does not burn on the pan’s base. Serve immediately.
Tip 😉
Creamy Lancashire better to grate 😉
Goes well with “Lamb’s lettuce salad with Lancashire, Almonds & Pear” 😉
