" Tasty Fondue with crispy Breadsticks "
Ingredients
♣ 1-2 gloves of garlic, halved
♣ 400 gram shredded Gouda
♣ 300 gram shredded sharp Cheddar
♣ 2 tbsp flour, dissolved in wine
♣ 300 dl white wine
♣ 1 tbsp lemon juice
♣ Crispy Breadsticks
Instructions
Fondue ” Cheeeesy Gouda & Cheddar ”
Rub inside of fondue pot with cut side of garlic. Now add flour, wine, heat in pot until it begins to boil. Reduce heat to low.
Gradually add cheese, and add lemon juice. Continue stirring constantly and allowing cheese to melt before adding more cheese and stir until smooth.
Do not let it boil.

Serve with crispy Breadsticks 😉
