Fondue “Camembert in Butternut Squash”
♣ 1 Butternut squash, halved, seeds scooped out & blanched
♣ 200 g Camembert
♣ 1 tbsp thyme leaves
♣ 1+1 tbsp olive oil
♣ 3 baby leeks
♣ salt & freshly ground black pepper
♣ Baguette
Fondue “Camembert in Butternut Squash”
First, preheat the oven to 200 C.
Put the butternut squash on a baking tray, stuff with the Camembert, sprinkle with thyme, season with salt and black pepper, and sprinkle with the oil.
Now, roast in the oven for 12 mins until the squash is soft. Rub the leeks with oil then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Grill the leeks for 2 mins on each side. Serve the butternut squash with the chargrilled leeks on top & baguette for dipping 😉
