Fondue “Cheeeesy Italian”
♣ 1 garlic clove, halved
♣ 250 dl dry white wine
♣ 1 tbsp flour dissolved in wine
♣ 1 tbsp grappa
♣ 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
♣ 2 cups crumbled gorgonzola cheese
♣ 8 sun-dried tomatoes
♣ Fresh basil leaves, slivered
♣ Ciabatta
Fondue ” Cheeeesy Italian ”
First, pour 1 cup of boiling water over sun-dried tomatoes in a small bowl, and leave them to soften for about 10 mins. Now remove tomatoes from water and chop into small pieces.
Rub inside of fondue pot with cut side of garlic. Now add flour, wine, heat in pot until it begins to boil. Reduce heat to low.
Gradually add cheese, and add grappa. Continue stirring constantly and allowing cheese to melt before adding more cheese.
Add tomatoes and basil leaves to mixture and stir until smooth.
