Fondue “Cheeeesy Crab”
♣ 1-2 cloves of garlic, halved
♣ 250 cups shredded Gruyère
♣ 500 cream cheese, softened
♣ 250 gramm / 1-2 cans (Alaskan King) crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed
♣ 2 tbsp sherry
♣ 300 dl dry white wine
♣ 1 tbsp of flour
♣ 1-2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
♣ Ground pepper & Salt
♣1 loaf of French bread, cut into cubes
Fondue “Cheeeesy Crab”
Rub Fondue pot with garlic, add wine, flour, salt, pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes stirring constantly until alcohol burns off and flour cooks up for a bit.
Stir in shredded Gruyère and cream cheese stir with whisk so it starts to melt, add sherry. Cook gently until the mixture is smooth, add parsley, crabmeat and season with pepper, stir till the mixture almost starts boiling, now serve it! If fondue becomes too thick, stir in a small amount of wine.
