Ingredients

♣ 1 clove of garlic
♣ 3.5 dl of white wine
♣ 1 tea spoon of lemon juice
♣ 500g of Gruyère (grated)
♣ 250g of Emmentaler (grated)
♣ 50g of Shabziger (grated)
♣ 4 tea spoons of corn starch
♣ 1 glass of Kirsch
♣ Pepper, nutmeg

Instructions

Fondue “Schabziger” is very flavor intense!
Rub the Cacquelon with the garlic clove.

Mix the Gruyère and Emmentalor with the corn starch and melt them together with the white wine and lemon juice, while continuously stiring.
Add the Schabziger  and the Kirsch, as well as pepper and nutmeg.
Tip 😉
Dip ripe Pears into “Schabziger” 😉
Instead of Kirsch, use Calvados or Pear Brandy 😉
