Fondue “Roquefort & Gruyère with Pears”

♣ 1-2 cloves garlic, peeled
♣ 250 g Gruyere cheese, cubed
♣ 300 g Roquefort cheese, cubed
♣ 300 dl white wine
♣ 1 tsp lemon juice
♣ 1 tbsp cornstarch
♣ Baguette cut into cubes
♣ sliced fresh Pears

Fondue “Roquefort & Gruyère with Pears”
Rub the inside of the fondue pot with the garlic. Add cheeses; cook on a medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted.
Add 200 dl of wine and lemon juice to pot and stir well. Mix cornstarch with remaining wine; add to pot. Cook 2-3 min, stirring, until thickened.
Serve hot with baguette cut into cubes & sliced fresh pears & walnuts.
