Fondue “Cheeeesy Thanksgiving Cranberries”
♣ 1-2 garlic cloves, cut in half
♣ 300 ml dry white wein
♣ 1/2 up to 1 cup dried cranberries
♣ 1 tbsp dried rosemary
♣ 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in wine
♣ 150 g Emmentaler, shredded
♣ 150 g Cheddar cheese, shredded
♣ 250 g Gouda cheese, shredded
♣ Pepper to taste

Fondue “Cheeeesy Thanksgiving Cranberries”
Take your Fondue pot and rub it with the garlic. Dissolve 1 tbsp cornstarch in a little bit of wine. Now add into the Fondue pot cornstarch and shredded cheese one handful at a time. Pour in the wine, cranberries and rosemary, now mix well and stir continuously until all of the cheese is melted. Add pepper.
Tip 😉 Is the mixture too hard?
add more wine; too soft more cheeeese 😉
