"Delicious Creamy Fondue with the Italian King of Cheeeeses"
Ingredients
♣ 1-2 clove of garlic
♣ 2 cups milk
♣ 250 g of cream cheese, cubed
♣ 2 cups grated Parmigiano Reggiano
♣ 2 tbsp of Grappa
♣ 1/2 lemon (only juice)
♣ 1 tsp cornflour dissolved in 1 tbsp milk
♣ Salt
♣ cubed Ciabatta or Grissini
Instructions
Fondue “Creamy Parmigiano Reggiano”
Rub with garlic the inside of a fondue pot.
Stir the milk and cream cheese, stir and cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, grappa,salt,cornflour; cook and stir until it almost starts to boil. Keep warm.Taste and add further seasoning if necessary.
Serve with cubed Ciabatta or grissini & with a dry white Wine 😉
