						 Ingredients
Ingredients
							
							♣ 1 clove of garlic cut into two
♣ 3,5 dl White wein
♣ 1 teasp. of freshly squeezed lemon juice
♣ 300 g of Sbrinz, grated
♣ 200 g of Raclette cheese, grated
♣ 300 g of Swiss Tilsit (red label)grated
♣ 4  teaspoons of corn starch
♣ 1 shot of Kirsch
♣ Pepper, nutmeg

							The Fondue “Innerschweizer” comes from the heart of Switzerland!
Rub the Cacquelon with the garlic. Mix the Sbrinz, Raclette cheese and Tilsit and add the starch together with white wine and lemon juice.
Stir continously while heating up. Add the Kirsch, pepper and nutmeg.
Enjoy!
