							♣ 1 clove of garlic cut into two
♣ 800 g of Vacherin Mont
♣ 2 dl dry White wein
♣ 2 tea spoons of corn starch
♣ 1 shot of Calvados
♣ Pepper, netmeg, paprika, cayenne pepper
♣ 1 bunch chives

							Fondue “Mont d’Or” is a pure beauty.
Rub the Caquelon with the garlic clove. Slowly melt the Vacherin Mont d’Or in the white wine, while slowly and steadily  stirring over medium heat.
Disolve the starch in Calvados, add to the fondue and quickly heat up to boiling point.
