Ingredients
♣ 2 cloves of garlic,crushed
♣ 300 ml double cream
♣ 450 g Port Salut, grated
♣1 lemon, juice only!
♣ a splash of dry white wine
♣ freshly ground black pepper
Bread for dipping
Instructions
Fondue “Port Salut in Lemon Juice”
Rub the crushed garlic around the inside of a fondue cooking dish.Leave the garlic in the dish. Add all of the ingredients into the fondue dish to gently melt. Cook gently until the mixture is smooth – do not let it boil! don’t let it burn.

Serve with char-grilled French bread 😉
